Unami Grilled Brussel Sprouts

Ingredients

-Brussel Sprouts, 1lb

-Soy sauce, 2 tbsp cup

-Olive oil, 2 tbsp

-Sriracha, 1 tbsp for mild 2 for hot

-Cracked Black Pepper, 1 tsp

-Garlic, 2 cloves

-Cayenne Pepper, 1 tsp


Step 1:

1. Fire up grill to medium heat (300-400 degrees F)

2. Halve and trim ends from sprouts

3. Set cash iron skillet or any other grill safe pan on the rack

4. Allow to heat for approximately 4-5 min

5. Combine ingredients into pan and stir to combine

6. Add the brussel sprouts flat side down into the pan and allow to sit undisturbed for 4-5 minutes, leaving grill top closed

7. Mix around to ensure even heating and continue to cook for another 3-5 minutes depending on desired crispiness
