1 cup of Coconut Water

1 frozen Banana

1/2 cup frozen Blueberries

1/2 cup frozen Cherries

1/2 cup Oats

1 Tbs. Coconut Oil

1 Tbs. Peanut Butter or Almond Butter

1/2 cup Greek Yogurt or alternative

1 scoop protein powder of choice (I prefer Vanilla flavoring)

1 tsp. sea salt & cinnamon

optional, but recommended (all 1 tsp increments)

- Maca Powder

- Flax Seed

- Chia Seed

- Cacao Nibs


It's a smoothie, just blend it until it's where you want it, and enjoy!
