5 minute Proats pt.2 Chocolate PBanana

Ingredients:

-1 cup oats

-1 cup milk or substitute

-1 scoop Chocolate Protein Powder

-1 banana

-2 tbsp. Peanut or Almond Butter

-1/2 cup greek yogurt

-1tsp sea salt & cinnamon


optional:

-crushed almonds

-chia seeds


Instructions:

  1. Mix oats with half cup of milk, microwave for 1 min

  2. Mix in the rest of the milk and protein powder, microwave for 1 min

  3. Mix in the rest of ingredients and mix until combined

  4. Enjoy!
