5 Minute Proats pt.1 Banana & Berry

Ingredients:

-1 cup oats

-1 cup milk or substitute

-1 scoop Protein Powder

-1 banana, chopped

-1/2 cup blueberries & or strawberries

-1/2 cup greek yogurt

-1 tsp. Sea Salt & Cinnamon


Instructions:

  1. Mix oats with 1/2 cup of milk, microwave for 1 minute

  2. Mix in the rest of the milk & protein powder, microwave another minute

  3. Top with yogurt, fruit, and seasoning and then mix together

  4. Enjoy!
